Nova Blis. ships from Mondays to Fridays. All orders are processed the same day until 1 pm EST. We primarily use USPS or UPS to deliver your order and standard shipping typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending on location, excluding weekends or National Observed Holidays.
We offer free shipping on orders $89 and over. If your order is less than that, you will be charged $3.99 for shipping. We will provide you an email confirmation and tracking number and updates regarding your orders in the United States. However, it is our customers responsibility to put accurate shipping address inputted as a customer personal information to ensure, we can deliver your order to the right address. We will not be responsible for any lost, delayed , or stolen packages.
If you are ordering our CBD confections, please make sure to not leave them outside on a warm day as they are likely to melt even with additional packaging and cooling measures.
Your orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped and in transit to your destinations. In case you made any mistake on your orders, please email us right away at Hello@www.novablis.com so we can resolve any issues as soon as we can.
We do not offer international shipping right at this time.
We are committed to ensuring our CBD products are made with the highest purity of CBD extract and 100% all natural, raw ingredients. We create all everything in small batches to guarantee quality and freshness of our products.
We currently don’t accept returns for Chill Pops unless it is damaged during transit.
No Limits Rescue drops can be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and unused product. Please email Hello@novablis.com to request for return/refund and we will provide you instructions and email confirmation. Shipping costs for returns are handled by customers. We will process your refund once we received your item. Refunds will be processed with 3 to 10 business days and will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. Payments make take up to 4 weeks before they appear on your bank statements.
Due to food safety, we can’t accept returns opened products.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
